Fixed Indemnity Medical Plan:

Covers the most common, day-to-day medical needs at an affordable price with no deductible or copays. This plan pays a flat amount for each covered service and, if the covered service costs less than what the plan pays, the Associate keeps the difference.

Major Medical Offering:

Express offers an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) to eligible Associates.* The Express ICHRA allows associates to purchase an individual ACA-qualified Major Medical plan from a State or Federal Marketplace and be reimbursed a portion of the self-only premium based on the lowest-cost Silver Plan available in each zip code and the rate of pay that is set by the ACA Affordability Safe Harbor guidance.

Premium Reimbursement Program

Associates in all Canadian SRG locations are invited to visit CoverMe.com to explore health and life insurance products offered by Manulife. The site provides detailed information on each plan and access to live chat support with an advisor.

Eligible associates may receive a 50% reimbursement of their monthly insurance premiums, up to $50/month. To qualify, an associate must:

  • Work at least 390 hours (excluding overtime) within a 13-week consecutive period.
  • Maintain eligibility with a minimum of 120 hours worked over the previous four consecutive weeks.
