Express Healthcare Staffing Will Be With You Every Step of the Way

Step 1: Job Search

We help clinicians throughout the community find work through job openings provided to us by local hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

Step 2: Submit Interest

Once you see a job you’re interested in, send the following to your recruiter:

Current resume
Certifications
2 current references
Available start date
Any time off needed
Complete a skills checklist where applicable

Step 3: Job Submission and Interview

Your recruiter will submit you to the job you’re interested in with the profile items you have sent in. We will work to set up your facility interview to keep you moving in the right direction!

Step 4: Offer/Acceptance

Once you complete your interview and we’ve received your offer, we’ll formally present the offer to you for review/sign your agreement!

Step 5: Compliance

Upon acceptance, you’ll be assigned your Express Healthcare and Facility compliance to complete as soon as possible. Completing your items quickly ensures you have a smooth start with the facility!
