Step 2: Complete Required Assessments

Once your eligibility has been confirmed, you will receive an outline of credentials to submit and you will be given access to our online testing platform to complete the following:

• • Certification-Specific Exam
  • Skills Checklist
  • Core Mandatory Modules

A minimum passing score of 80% is required for all assigned assessments to proceed in the onboarding process.

To move forward, upload your compliance items:

• Valid BLS/CPR (hands-on component is required)
• Negative TB test (within 12 months)
• Two Clinical References (within the last 36 months)
• Badge photo

Step 4: Final Review, Activation & Shift Access

Final Review & Activation:

Our team will complete a final audit of your file to ensure all requirements have been met.

Once approved, you will be notified of your activation and cleared to begin working. You will also receive onboarding materials to help you get acclimated with Express Healthcare Staffing.

Begin Working:

PRN (Per-Diem/As-Needed):
After activation, you will receive access to our scheduling platforms to view and pick up available shifts.

Contractual Placements:
An Express representative will guide you through the transition process and next steps for your assigned placement. This applies to Short-Term, Long-Term, and Direct Hire placements
