Operations Manager

Ashley joined Express Employment Professionals in November 2022 as an Employment Specialist, utilizing her several years of experience in Retail Management and Construction Supply Sales in Red Deer, Alberta. Her dedication to matching qualified candidates with the right opportunities and fostering strong client relationships quickly advanced her to Operations Coordinator for Express Healthcare Staffing. By June 2024, Ashley had earned her current role as Operations Manager, overseeing Express Healthcare’s only Canadian location, and one of the company’s top-performing offices

As a leader in operations, Ashley thrives in the dynamic staffing environment and takes pride in building and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with her team and valued clients. Her Express certifications include Business Management, Inside Sales, and Front Office Coordination, and she is keenly advancing her leadership skills through Express Leadership Academy, Class 8, set to graduate in 2025.

Outside of work, Ashley loves fostering animals, exploring the local hiking trails, playing co-ed slo-pitch, camping, live music, and spending quality time with family located throughout Central Alberta. Ashley’s proudest achievement is leading an exceptional team to make a meaningful impact on the healthcare system in Canada.

Being from small town Northern Alberta, she is passionate about helping other rural areas find the staffing they need. The amazing nurses and coworkers she works with makes her proud to be a part of the team. She thrives in the people-focused environment of the business and enjoys the lively atmosphere it brings.
